Easy Homemade Cajun Tartar Sauce with Creole Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoon Creole mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  • Grate the zest from the lemon to equal 1 teaspoon. Squeeze the juice to equal 1 teaspoon.
  • Stir together the lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, hot sauce, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
