Toss the wings with the baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Preheat the air fryer and air fryer basket to 400°F and set the timer to 24 minutes. Once preheated, coat the basket with cooking spray.
Add the chicken wings, in a single layer, to the air fryer basket. Coat the wings with cooking spray. Cook for 24 minutes, turning over halfway through.
While the wings cook, combine the hot wing sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the butter melts.
Remove the wings from the air fryer to a clean large bowl. Pour the buffalo hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss gently to coat. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
