Equipment

  • air fryer
  • measuring spoons
  • liquid measuring cup
  • 2 large bowls
  • metal tongs
  • small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo hot wing sauce
  • ¼ cup salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Dill pickle ranch
  • Celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  • Toss the wings with the baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Preheat the air fryer and air fryer basket to 400°F and set the timer to 24 minutes. Once preheated, coat the basket with cooking spray.
  • Add the chicken wings, in a single layer, to the air fryer basket. Coat the wings with cooking spray. Cook for 24 minutes, turning over halfway through.
  • While the wings cook, combine the hot wing sauce, butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the butter melts.
  • Remove the wings from the air fryer to a clean large bowl. Pour the buffalo hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss gently to coat. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
