Place the brie wheel in the center of the top of the bread. Using a sharp knife, trace a circle around the brie into the bread. Remove the bread round and scoop out enough of the bread so the cheese wheel will fit into the hole.
Cut 1-inch slices all around the circle, but not all the way through. Brush the bread with olive oil and set aside.
Place the brie on a flat surface. Remove the outer rind from the top of the brie cheese and discard.
Place the brie inside the hollowed-out bread and top with the fig preserves. Line the bottom of an air fryer with parchment paper or aluminum foil and preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
Place the brie in the center of the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the brie melts.
Remove the bread bowl from the air fryer to a serving plate and garnish with the figs and rosemary. Serve warm.
