Services

Through my work on Little Black Skillet and over 21 years of experience in recipe development and food content creation, I provide freelance services for cookbook authors, publishers, food brands, and digital creators. My services include cookbook proposal writing and editing, copy editing, recipe development and testing, as well as food photography, food styling, and prop styling.

I also offer one-on-one coaching for creators who want expert guidance on developing recipes, strengthening their food styling skills, improving content strategy, or preparing a cookbook proposal. I'd love to help make your dream a reality! For more information, you can reach out to me at [email protected].

You can also see past projects I've worked on at ashleystricklandfreeman.com. There, you'll find examples of my work as a food stylist, photographer, cookbook author, editor, recipe developer, and culinary producer.
